The Background

My name is  ‘Andy’ with over 25 years of construction industry experience. A Civil Engineer by ‘trade’ and a Chartered Construction Manager, however spent over 15 years providing building design services - with the number of schemes in the hundreds across the East Midlands.

Specialising in residential extensions & alterations, providing CAD drawings, structural calculations and specifications to secure Planning and Building Regulation approval. I offer a personal & professional service, from the initial site visit through to securing all approvals and support during the build period.
